We aim to make your shopping experience seamless. Below you'll find details about our shipping, returns, and refund process, as well as information on pricing, VAT, and customs for UK and international orders.
- Shipping
- We offer various shipping options, with delivery times and costs varying depending on your destination.
- All products are made to order to minimize waste, and once processed, orders typically arrive within 4 to 9 weeks. We always aim to ship as soon as the products are ready.
- Returns
- You may return items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, in line with the EU Consumer Rights Directive. Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging.
- Please contact contact@ambersen.uk for return instructions before sending your item back.
- Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s). We’ll notify you once your return has been inspected and your refund has been issued.
- Pricing, VAT & Customs
- UK Orders
- As Ambersen is not VAT-registered, no VAT is applied to UK orders. Orders ship from the UK, and no additional charges are expected for UK customers.
- EU & International Orders
- For orders shipped outside of the UK (including to the EU, Asia, and other international regions), local customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees may apply at the destination. These costs are set by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
- Ambersen is not liable for any delays, taxes, or fees incurred during customs clearance.
- If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs charges, the customer will be responsible for:
- Original shipping costs
- Any customs or return fees. These costs will be deducted from your refund.
